Crucial Business Rule: Main Store & TL Store Isolation

Main Store and TL Store item ranges must remain completely separate at all times. The system maintains individual stock balances and stock movement records for each store independently. TLC Store holds customer-returned units and is drawn FIRST during order fulfillment.
